The shelves of my local neighborhood grocery stores are stocked with a fine selection of organic beers with customers willing to pay three dollars and up for pilsners, stouts and lagers. Accounting for less than one percent of the market organic beer is now catching on. However, major brewers who see a future in hippie hops want to water down USDA guidelines. (JS Online)
