Framing Science Climbs to #14 Among Science Blogs

Category: Blogging/New Media
Posted on: August 1, 2008 2:13 PM, by Matthew C. Nisbet

I may not generate the type of ideologically-intense traffic of a PZ Myers, but when it comes to influence, Framing Science continues its steady ascent. According to Wikio's latest rankings, this site climbed one spot during the month of July to #14 among science-related blogs (#11 if you go by Greg Laden's count.)

Wikio still won't list my blog. They have the old blogspot one on there but I've contacted them twice about the on here, and still no dice. Ah well...

Nisbet;

Framing Science, as you note, may not be as intense as some other science blogs. Yet, it surely is an idea of interest to many scientists and science fans. Congratulations!

Hi Matthew, congrats on your position. Hope you don't mind me using your comments to reply to Tara, just to say Tara your site has now been properly indexed. Sorry for any delay. When exactly did you submit it?

Either way it's been properly indexed now.

My blog, Sandwalk, doesn't even count as a science blog. There are a least a dozen others that I know of that don't make the list of science blogs. Wikio doesn't seem to respond to requests for changing categories.
