Mary Travers, of Peter, Paul, and Mary fame, passed away this morning from complications of leukemia. She was 72.

I'm very sorry to hear this. Peter, Paul and Mary were part of my early childhood, with songs like "Leaving on a Jet Plane", "If I Had a Hammer" and "Puff the Magic Dragon" playing alongside Raffi and Fred Penner.

nice choice michael. those of us who did the nam flights favored leaving on a jet plane.then again, raising a handful of kids, going to the zoo was a great song and great idea. hope all is well with you and the family.
