Ugh. Outfit is wrong. Flag colour is wrong (shade of blue, dood) And no no no hockey sticks! You think we're Finns or something? Funny though
I think me failing out of grad school would be bad PR for our side, so ugh, still studyin. Please enjoy Arnies latest creation, a photo essay: 'NOM'.

Yes, it was the worst game ever. There was nothing in that game remotely stimulating, yet I continued to watch because it was that dissappointing. I also wanted to see if Miami could somehow pull it out, but ultimately wanted to see them lose.

i was hoping for a tie.

I think the Dolphin punt that stuck in the mud without bouncing is indicative of what it was like to play on that field. I don't entirely blame the players for such a boring game.

GO STEELERS!!

That was awesome! imagine your home team winning the superbowl that way...priceless ;)

I hadnt seen a game like that in ages, the field goals were not an option....

I was pondering how many overtimes current NFL rules mandate before they give up.
Also got a suggestion they switch to soccer rules - take field goals, and either keep moving the ball back, or have different people kick each time...

It was a good defensive struggle, under difficult field conditions...

I did see the Eagles game, well the last few minutes anyway. Sorry.

steinn,

no worries. The Eagles played well and if they had actually run the ball at the end successfully, it might have been different. This is kind of a bad year for them anyhow. I wonder how long Reid is going to last. A recent headline from the Onion earlier in the season says it all tho, "Eagles Fans expect McNabb to wind Superbowl in next three games". Also a good one on Reid's personal problems...

My bad.
Going native, dontcha know.
Meant the "adapted for television" version of rugger the buggers play here.
Get quite used to it.

Much as I understand the Croatia game, it can not match the legendary W. Germany vs Austria game in the first round of the world cup (was it, or was it European cup?).

Closely follwed by the Iceland vs France game where France explained afterwards that it was impolite to score more than one goal per player...
