Microbiology and immunology are not my areas of expertise, but as an academic scientist, I certainly wouldn't include either response letters to journals, or articles in Z Magazine, as "Academic Publications" in my CV. Apparently, there's not a lot of original, published research required to qualify one as an "expert on anthrax vaccine". Just sayin'.
