Hm, wonder how low those nice "smaller" pseudo-victorian homes on the north side, by the ACP are going to.
As a Rocky Mtn professor who frequented The Given Institute for lab workshops over many summers, I'm keeping a very close eye on prices myself. Not sure if the prices are simply due to the economy or that so many big names ending up in jail is also contributing.
