Universal (aka the "dancing baby" case), Judge Jeremy Fogel held that content owners must consider fair use before sending takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

John, I suspect that will depend more on whether Eden (Lenz) wins the full suit. This ruling just means her case can proceed. It's still a very good thing, though.
