One of the interesting items we have this week is a study by Greenpeace in which various organisms from the sea near Fukushima were sampled for radioactive isotopes. Let's take a closer look.

That's fantastic!! Sadly, the rate we're clearing the seas of large fishes, this could be the closest some of our children will ever get to seeing some of these species :-(

Which begs the question. Why not have robotic aquaria? It perfect for kids! When the fish goes belly up, just replace the battery. You don't have to feed but still get the joy of watching life-like fish swim around in circles.
