The ScienceBlogs Command Center has decided to fire up a group blog for election season. It's called A Vote for Science, and several Sb'ers and others will be writing about the candidates and science policy (including yours truly).
If your a political junkie and a science geek, cruise on over and check it out.

Chart junk-ies
Is this what makes us scientists function on a daily basis? Are we just junkies for comprehension?
While the debate on science is an absolute necessity, I am afraid that it will be drowned out by the candidates' reactions to today's tsunami on Wall Street.... for the next 6 weeks.
And unfortunately, AFIK, we don't have an economist around here.
ScienceBlogs really needed additional real estate for politics coverage? Really?
Some might refer to it as more of an isolation ward.
Don't worry about our lack of an economist here. The Republican ticket doesn't have one, either, or anyone who understands economics. Hasn't hurt them before!
