Republicans

Teabagger and GOP party chairman Charles McAffee pulled out his piece to intimidate a man who's home he was photographing. McAffee was photographing the man's house on behalf of Wells Fargo bank because of a mortgage related problem. When the man came out to find out what was going on it is said that McAffee pointed his magnum at him. Wells Fargo needs to explain why it has contractors using guns on its customers. Mr. McAffee has to explain why he felt the need to stick his hand-held cannon in this poor old guy's face. The Republican Party needs to explain ... oh n ever mind, we know…
Frank talked down to the audience!!! The previously posted video showing frank slapping down the wackaloon is here. Note the use of the term "ideology" here. You are also seeing it more and more often in comments on this blog. Hat Tip DMB
You think I was over the top in my comments on Health Care Reform? Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy 3 Points, Rachel!!!! Republicans ... they're the ones who are really over the top. In fact, listen to me for a second. If YOU have considered yourself to be a Republican over recent years, it is time for you to step away from the cookie jar. Republicans can no longer be my friends. If you want to remain my friend, step away from the cookie jar. Now.
Let me tell you what I think about this: Ridge was never invited to sit in on National Security Council meetings; was "blindsided" by the FBI in morning Oval Office meetings because the agency withheld critical information from him; found his urgings to block Michael Brown from being named head of the emergency agency blamed for the Hurricane Katrina disaster ignored; and was pushed to raise the security alert on the eve of President Bush's re-election, something he saw as politically motivated and worth resigning over. What I think about this is that I'm tired of people demanding hard and…
The religious right is ramping up its campaign against health care reform, even joining with the "tea party" movement to encourage conservative Christians to swamp town hall meetings. Minnesota's religious right leaders say that the health care reform package is against God's plan for health care and that Christians should go to community forums and "read them the riot act." Jan Markell of Maple Grove-based Olive Tree Ministries called on her radio listeners to attend congressional town hall meetings in August. "Here's what you can do, your congressmen and senators are coming home for much of…
Unfortuntaely, Taitz was not born in the US... seriously. I'm not making that up.
The gun toting at the Obama Talk were organized by a crazy right wing radio talk host. Also, there are links to a major terrorist group. Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy

Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy Fueled by Rush Linbaugh, Glen Beck's babbling, (the voices of the Republican Party), and lobbyists ... There really is a measurable increase in the threat of mainly racist violence against Obama. See also this link from ABC news . .. hat tip Doug.
I'm calling all my friends, we're going to get on a bus, we're going to go to Michele Bachmann's health care town hall and SCREAM AT HER FOR AN HOUR and make sure no one else can talk. Because THAT'S HOW DEMOCRACY WORKS, BITCHES!!!! Oh, no, wait, forget it. I read the head line at DMB wrong. It looks like Michele Bachmann is going to have one of those highly controlled events that allow in only her stepford-zombie Bachmann-symps with prepared softball questions. She doesn't really do the Town Hall thing. Why should she? She's a Republican. It's the Democrats that are into Democracy.…
I just watched the last twenty minutes or so of the Obama Town Hall on Health Care. It is verified by the press that the vast majority of people at this town hall were randomly selected. So, if the Teabaggers are for real, some of them should have been at this town hall mouthing off and disrupting the event. But there was no one doing that. The questions being asked were respectfully, though too soft-ball for Obama's taste. He kept requesting harder questions but they were hard to come by. There was a Libertarian with a 9mm strapped to his leg sauntering around outside making a total ass…
It probably helps that Sarah Palin came out with an over the top statement on her facebook page. Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy
A bit of reporting on what they look like. I'm sticking with my original story: They look like the Roe v. Wade protests of the 1980s, but with a racialized twist. Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy

Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy I would like to add to this report by Maddow that it is also the case that Cash for Clunkers is also being used by the Republicans as the reason to not pass health care reform. How does that work?
