First thing I think of is, of course, Center for Astrophysics...
I once assumed that I could simply put "Craig Heinke, CfA" on my nametag for an AAS meeting. I quickly learned my arrogance in assuming that all astronomers have a clue what the CfA is. To be fair, I ran into people who just had "IfA" on their nametags; then I had to guess whether they lived in Hawaii or England (possible from their tans, perhaps).
IoA != IfA !!!

Ah, the humanity...
With my Australian IP address, I also get Country Fire Association and Cystic Fibrosis Australia before Center for Astrophysics (at the bottom of page two). Seems unreal when you use the lower case "f" -- I guess Google's algorithms still need tweaking.
