Kenji Miyazawa was a 20th century Japanese poet who loved Nature and Science.
“Men... have had the vanity to pretend that the world creation was made for them, whilst in reality the whole creation does not suspect their existence.” -Camille Flammarion
“The human mind is capable of excitement without the application of gross and violent stimulants; and he must have a very faint perception of its beauty and dignity who does not know this
"It is the highest form of self-respect to admit our errors and mistakes and make amends for them. To make a mistake is only an error in judgment, but to adhere to it when it is discovered shows infirmity of character." -Dale Turner

If they really did exist in such... places... I would not have taken up this project. While my advisor does study sexuality, I'm not going to go *that* far. :)

I posted a picture earlier today of a few ladybugs doing very un-lady-like things at the Great Sand Dunes. (The pic is about 2/3 of the way down.)

I can't say that I felt the urge to collect them in my panties, though.
