I just finished my appearance on the Jim Babka radio program, which was entirely too short. It's just so difficult to even begin to examine the issue in any depth in a one hour show where we've really only got maybe 25 minutes of airtime in between commercials and sponsor's reports and the like. So he asked me to come back on next week to continue the discussion, which I'll gladly do.

I just got a call from Jim Babka inviting me on his show for a second time this Sunday. The subject will be the 14th amendment and whether or not it intended to incorporate the bill of rights as enforcable against the states.
Via Jim Babka's blog, I learn that Harry Browne, former Libertarian presidential candidate, is very sick and is hospitalized. I don't know any details at this point, but I certainly wish Harry a speedy and thorough recovery. Get well soon, Harry. We need your voice on behalf of liberty.
