The fourth report is said to be completed but is not yet posted. Likely, tomorrow.

If all else fails you can always go to www.ipcc.ch
Select the IPCC reports link and then the assessment reports link.
ah...okay...when i put www.ipcc.ch in the address bar, it automatically goes to www1.ipcc.ch (with that "1" after the last "w"). ?
