It was predicted that Sara Palin would not be able to pull off laughing at herself. They were right. But that's OK, there were plenty of people tuned in to laugh at her.
The BEST part of the show was of course the Sarah Palin rap done during Weekend Update. Again, Palin showed an inability to laugh at herself. But again, we can ROFLOAO at her:
I dunno. She did better than I thought she would. She made a little fun of herself at the very end there when she said "you betcha"
OMG I've watched the rap no less than 10 times already and STILL tears strreeeaaammmmming down my face - can't take it good!! How's it go eskimo? Ahhh....poor Sarah, tryin' to be hip wit it. Damn I'm gonna miss Amy Poehler - what a gift to the country her baby gave us by chillin' out in the womb a few extra days.
Jake: How do you know she was joking? How can anybody tell with her?
By the way, the Republicans are saying that the Powell Announcement will be less important as a news item over the coming few days than Palin's SNL stint.
