The Simpson's Personality Test

Okay, you have to guess which Simpson's character I am before you can read below the fold. Then, after you take the test, you must tell me which Simpson's character you are.

You Are Lisa Simpson

A total child prodigy and super genius, you have the mind for world domination.

But you prefer world peace, Buddhism, godlessness and tofu dogs.

You will be remembered for: all your academic accomplishments. [GrrlScientist note: these test writers do have a sense of humor, don't they?]

Your life philosophy: "I refuse to believe that everybody refuses to believe the truth."

I know, the results were entirely too predictable, weren't they?

I'm Bart, apparently. With the number of supporting characters on that show you'd thing thay could have more than eight options.

Odd how changing power to beer results in Homer and Barney, respectively. I'd expect a quiz based on something as culturally relevant as The Simpsons to go a 'lil more deeper than that. But I'm a Barney, so *burp* what do I know . . .

A "mind for world domination" sounds more like M. Burns, but Doc Hedwig does seem to fit the Lisa type (and that is a compliment). Odd that you crossed out Buddhism for godlessness, though.

Barney - "you could have been an intellectual leader..." - no surprise, an underachiever just like in real life

what about Disco Stu, Mrs. Crabapple, Dr. Nick (I think he is a Science Blogger)

Odd that you crossed out Buddhism for godlessness, though.

i have no particular quarrel with buddism (i don't know enough about it). i crossed it out to make the natives restless. i also was wondering if anyone reads these things.

they need to ask more questions for cultural relevance.

But I hate beer!

i am not much of a beer fan, either. but i drink it on those rare occasions when i go out in NYC because (1) it's cheaper than everything else and (2) i really do want to get home on the subway under my own power and in one piece at the end of an evening of er, rip-roaring fun.

I have watched very little of the Simpsons and it was years ago, but I guessed you correctly right off. I am a Barney also, I think the test is a little screwy. I am more Marge any day of the week.

I got Lisa too - but I would have been happy with Marge too. I might have been a bit narked if I'd got Barney though!
