Cool stuff! A little sequencer here, a few thousand feet of cable there and there you have it!
Fortunately, most new lights don't all go dead when a bulb burns out!

Where's the spotlight coming from? =X
Somebody with access to stage lighting equipment and sequencing software and the know-how how to use it. I wouldn't be surprised to find out this guy is a theatrical lighting pro.
