Warblers are hard to to photograph, especially after trees have leafed. I consider myself lucky to catch this fellow swathed in a halo of
oakAmerican elm leaves.

No, it's not. I'm not sure what it is, but it's not an oak.
Looks like an American Elm (Ulmus parvifolia) to me.
