Seeing this again makes me realize just how much more this talk about "foreign policy experience" was SO likely to have been another GOP talking-point disseminated to the crowd of apparatchiks to mindlessly repeat again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again until it sinks in as "truth." (Similarly, the Obama = socialism thing.)

The scary thing about IQ is that 50% of the population has an IQ (at or) below 100. So that is still a lot of people that can fit the definition of Republican voter.
