Nice! I think this is a Bateleur--an african eagle. Red face and legs, black body plumage, gray wings, short to almost no tail...
I agree - Bateleur, for the reasons Michael says.
They may be Bateleurs, but that doesn't mean they can't be "love birds."

Definitely bateleur eagle. One of the most beautifully coloured raptors, IMHO.
