I'm heading to Washington DC on Monday for NSF's Joint Annual Meeting (JAM) with our team's poster on our ADVANCE project, and I know Pat of FairerScience will be there, doing her thing about "Why Don't They Listen?". Any other folks out there planning to be at JAM? Perhaps we could have a meet-up? :-) Let me know either by email (alicepawley with Google's mail service) or in the comments...

I'll be there - look forward to seeing you and Pat!
I love the idea of a meet up. We could do 7:00 am on Wednesday (shudder) or maybe 6:00 pm on Monday at the lobby of the Omni. I'll do the first round of drinks (unless all 140 GSE/ADVANCE folks show up-- at that point we will need to renegotiate). What do others think?
PS Today I learned a very different lesson about getting your message out

Pat and Peggy -- Monday would be good, I think. I'll send you my cell number. Yay!
