Maybe I misread the article, but it seems the response from the White House was: "These deaths are tragic, but we're still not gonna withdraw."
I'm surprised nobody in the media is pointing out that this is more dead Americans then the terrorists killed during the 9/11 attacks.
Crooks & Liars and some other progressive sources picked up on that. The mainstream, however, ... *chirp*
