Now that it is a national holiday and now that YouTube is here, I can watch the speech on the holiday commemorating his birthday. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., is as close to a hero as I have, and here's several reasons why .. he is a gifted orator and an inspired speech writer. grrlscientist | January 8, 2007As you watch these videos, you can almost imagine what a dromaeosaur might do something similar in self defense or against each other in battles for mates or territory. You sometimes hear about cassowaries disemboweling other animals, such as dogs.
But because dromaeosaurs had a much sharper claw than cassowaries, it is easy to imagine dromaeosaurs disembowelling smaller prey more easily than a cassowary might. By comparison, the cassowary claw is surprisingly dull and straight, almost hoof-like in nature.

This is a really interesting video that I found more than a month ago but never published it here because I could not view it on the hospital's crappy Dell computer. However, I can't resist the suspense any longer since I have shared it with other people, all of whom tell me to post it anyway!
