Wow! Hard to believe it's been 6 months since I've been wrong about what campus it is. It's still NOT Norhtwestern though. Might not even be American, because I see no baseball or softball or football fields.

I think I do see a little wizard-on wizard action....is it Hogwarts?

It is National Institutes of Health (NIH) Campus in Bethesda, Maryland.
