Penis Pump Judge Trial Begins

The trial of an Oklahoma judge accused of using a penis pump under his robe during trial has begun. Reports like this just can't be a mistake:

Thompson's longtime court clerk testified in his preliminary hearing that she saw the judge use a device called a "penis pump" during several trials, including the murder trial of a man accused of shaking a toddler to death. That case ended in a hung jury.

The court clerk is technically incorrect. The murder trial ended in a well hung jury.

In this case, didn't the defendant borrow the judge's apparatus and fire his attorney in the belief that he could get himself off?
