It's just a child with a mask, as sort of reference to the carnival in
barranquilla (http://www.carnavaldebarranquilla.com/ ), where she is
from in Colombia. The video is full of references to colombia.

LOL, I'm with you - I never saw a Mummy before either. I probably would have, had it been wearing a tight red skirt!
Don't know what the reference is to, except that she is part Lebanese, which was once ruled by Egypt. IIRC Nefertiti may have been Syrian/Lebanese by birth...
So maybe she is using the melting pot that was Egypt to tie together the descendants of Sub-Saharans, with peoples of the Mediterranean/Levant, and their parallels today in the Gulf of Mexico, where the islands contain descendants of Sub-Saharan Africans for the most part, while the mainland contains descendants of the Mediterranean littoral...
