IIRC Creatine only boost IQ in those with an animal protein deficiency, like vegetarians.
I was disappointed they didn't mention Dexedrine.

Check out the paper. It's short and it's free.
The authors argue that it should be beneficial for nonvegetarians as well. (For similar reasons that it increases muscle performance for nonvegetarians)
All these scientists getting blackmarket ADHD medicine should just head to the GNC, posthaste.
hmm, now that I've read the paper it looks like you'd need to eat nearly 500 grams of animal protein to get the same benefit. I like meat, but I don't eat anywhere near that much. Guess it's time for some self-experimentation with creatine.
I've been taking creatine and I'm just as dumb as I ever was. Weight training doesn't help at all either.
Maybe I have a Vitamin D deficiency.
