Via a mailing list, I got sent this link to a really mind-boggling Microsoft marketing video from the 80's. It really defies description, but the original poster made a good attempt:
Microsoft sent this tape to retailers to explain the benefits of Windows 386. Boring until the 7 minute mark when the production is taken over by crack-smoking monkeys.
The link goes directly to the seven minute mark, or I'll embed the full video below the fold (mostly because I want to see how that works). It's nice to see that Microsoft have been PR aces for close to twenty years...
It burns! My god, it BURNS!!!!
I haven't hear rapping that good since Debbie Harry laid down the vocals to Rapture.
The only this bad boy's missing is Fab Five Freddy.
I hate you.
wow. just wow. It makes a Blondie rap sound like Kanye.
That was awesome. Just awesome.
The clothes, and the music! Just awesome
"Stand back William, stand back, Windows 386 is on the
attack!" - all over Mission Impossible funkadelic mix.
Sweet zombie Jesus!
This just made my day - thanks.
