(I get a 78 on the Husband scale ("Very Superior"), so yay, me. Of course, if I answer the Wife questions, I get a 16 ("Very Poor (Failure)")... Which, given the preposterous sexism of the standards, probably also counts as a "yay, me!")

Wow. I got an 86 (very superior) on the husband scale, and 46 on the wife scale (average). Can you guess my gender from those scores?

Jeepers, I got a 96 as the husband. Of course some of the questions aren't relevant. I think I'm a good provider, but she makes about 20% more than I do, so how do you answer that?
I suppose my biggest fault is how much I blather on about the efficiency of my stenographer.
I assumed this test provided a score on a scale of 1-100. That is, until I scored a 129. I'm not sure what a "perfect" score would be, but any test that scores me that high is clearly flawed.
As a wife, I score a 53, though I had trouble with many of the questions; am I answer what I do, or what I would do if I were a woman? (I might wear red nail polish, but as a man, I certainly don't.)
I also took the wife test for my wife, answering as I think she would. She scored an 80.
Apparently we're both such superior spouses. Do other people have marital strife based around one (or both) parties eating too many onions and garlic before bed?
The theoretical minimums and maximums are in the vicinity of -100 and +165.

No, scoring a 118 does not make you completely whipped. Scoring 161 (which I did) does make me wonder what kind of jerks men were in the 1930's that I could so easily score that high. Maybe not having children helps, though.
